T35-11(T40-11)系列軸流式通風機是我國八十年代在T30-11的基礎上改進設計的新型風機它與T30-11風機相比具有明顯優點：

本系列風機適用于輸送易燃易爆無腐蝕性氣體，環境溫度不得超過60℃。 廣泛應用于一般工廠、倉庫、辦公室、住宅內通風換氣或強暖氣散熱，也可在較長的排氣管道內間隔串聯安裝以提高管道中的壓力 ，卸下電機可做自由風扇。防腐軸流式風機(FT35-11型)采用防腐材料外涂環氧漆加工而成，電機采用特種防腐電機用于輸送有腐蝕性氣體。防爆軸流式風機 ( BT35-11 ) 型，用于輸送易燃易爆的氣體。葉輪由鋁合金加工而成， 以防止在運轉中引起火花, 電機采用隔爆型電機。FT35-11型和BT35-11型風機的性能參數和外形尺寸均同T35-11型風機一樣。風機需帶支架腳和電機電壓，請訂貨時注明。

◆ 安裝前應詳細檢查風機是否有損壞變形，如有損壞變形，待修理妥善后，方可進行安裝。

◆ 安裝時要注意檢查各不如部分有無松動，葉片與風筒間隙應均勻，不得相碰。

◆ 連接風口管道的重量不應由風機的風筒承受，安裝時應另加支撐。

◆ 在風機風口端必須裝集風器，并安裝防護網。

◆ 風機底座必須與地基平面自然接合，不得敲打底座強制聯接，以防底座變形，安裝時應校正機座，加墊鐵片、保持水平位置，然后擰緊地腳螺栓。

◆ 安裝完畢后，必須先進行實驗，待運行正常后，才允許正式使用。

An overview of the fan

T35-11(T40-11) series axial flow fan is a new type fan improved on the basis of T30-11 in China in the 1980s. Compared with T30-11 fan, it has obvious advantages:

◆ More reasonable structure

◆ The performance is greatly improved, the full pressure efficiency is 89.5%.

◆ Lower noise, noise (than A sound level) reduced 3.6dB (A).

This series of fans are suitable for conveying inflammable, explosive and non-corrosive gases, and the ambient temperature shall not exceed 60℃. Widely used in general factories, warehouses, offices, residential ventilation or strong heating heat dissipation, but also in long exhaust pipe interval series installation to improve the pressure in the pipe, unloaded motor can be a free fan. Anticorrosive axial flow fan (FT35-11) is made of anticorrosive material coated with epoxy paint, and the motor adopts special anticorrosive motor for conveying corrosive gases. Explosion-proof axial flow fan (BT35-11) is used for conveying inflammable and explosive gases. The impeller is made of aluminum alloy to prevent spark in operation. The motor adopts flameproof motor. The performance parameters and dimensions of FT35-11 and BT35-11 fans are the same as t35-11 fans. Before installation, check whether the fan is damaged or deformed. If there is damage or deformation, it can be installed only after proper repair.



The installation should pay attention to check whether the parts are loose, blade and air duct clearance should be uniform, not to touch.



The weight of the pipe connecting the tuyere should not be borne by the air duct of the fan, and should be supported during installation.



The air collector must be installed at the tuyere end of the fan and the protective net must be installed.



◆ The fan base must naturally engage with the foundation plane. It is not allowed to force the connection by beating the base to prevent the base from deformation. During installation, the base should be corrected, and iron plates should be added to keep the horizontal position, and then the anchor bolts should be tightened.



After the installation, you must carry out the experiment first, until the normal operation, to allow formal use.
