基本安裝要求
（1）安裝的零部件（元器件、柜架、緊固件、標準件等）必須是經檢驗后的合格品。
（2）保證裝配的正確、統一、完整性。
a) 核對配套元件的額定電壓、額定電流、接通和分斷能力參數是否符合技術規范表的要求。
b) 所配電器元件均應有合格證，強制認證的產品應有認證標志。
c) 同型號同規格的元器件應采用同一生產廠生產的同一安裝尺寸的產品。
d) 電器元件的合格證，使用說明書、附件、備件等在開箱驗收后應有專人妥善保管。
（3）柜體結構在成套裝配的部分，應符合要求，如鉸鏈和門的開啟應轉動靈活，開啟角度不得小于90°，在開閉過程中不應損壞 噴涂層。門的縫隙應調整一致，箱體同一縫隙均勻差＜1mm，平行縫隙均勻關＜2mm。
（4）所有元件安裝固定在骨架支架上，不得有松動，元器件應整齊美觀、不歪斜，應按照制造廠的說明書（使用條件、電器間隙、飛弧距離等）要求進行安裝。元件安裝及接線應使用正常，其功能不致由于相互作用而受到損害或誤動作。
（5）柜內用以固定電器元件及連接導線的緊固件應緊固，螺釘應擰緊無打滑及損壞鍍層等現象，并應有防松措施，螺釘擰緊后，螺栓一端伸出螺母部分露出2—5扣螺距，不允許低于螺母端面，元器件上不接線的螺釘也應擰緊。同一元件使用的緊固件應是同一標準號、同一種工藝處理后的標準件。
（6）低壓配電裝置的電氣間隙為12mm和爬電距離為20mm。
（7）產品銘牌固定牢固、平整、端正，內容要完整并符合產品技術條件和相關標準的規定及要求，所裝電器元件的銘牌字跡，標注應清晰。
（8）柜體骨架應保證有可靠的電氣接地，噴漆后產品在裝接地線前必須進行徹底的刮漆處理，并應有明顯接地符號。接地螺釘應不小于M12，一次設備接地均采用編結銅扁線，但必須有接地標識（接地標牌或接地色標）。壓接頭搪錫，截面不小于32mm。
（9）注意文明生產，電器配件的搬運轉移應小心輕放，不要互相磕碰，安裝過程中，注意不要碰壞柜體及電器配件的油漆及鍍層，產品安裝完之后，內部應清潔，無其它印痕及雜物。
